In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an Experienced Traffic Planner
The Senior Traffic Planner Job
The successful candidate will initially co-ordinate the movement of goods throughout the UK and across the Irish Sea, however, you will be required to develop and encompass each role within the traffic desk.
Experience and skill set required:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Ideally 4 years direct relevant experience in a similar role for a transport company, preference will be given to anyone with refrigerated experience
• Good communicator
• CPC qualification would be an advantage however proven ability to perform above the industry norm will be given greater recognition
• Detailed understanding of current transport legislation (driver’s hours etc) will be a necessity
• Ability to provide a best in class service at the lowest overall cost.
